Length of the regular session is limited to 30 days with Legislators assembling at the State House every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
Each Tuesday following the first week of session
Time – 10:00am to 2:00pm weekly visitation to legislators by Awake America Alabama State Coordinator
Pastors are welcome to attend with the State Coordinator
Capitol Connection Luncheon

This special event serves to connect pastors with their state officials. Lunch, a time of personal visitation with each legislator, and edification from the Word of God encapsulates this meeting.

Awake America Alabama Rallies
Date – Held monthly at the Independent Baptist Friends of Alabama fellowship.
This monthly meeting rotates within Independent Baptist churches of Alabama. It is a time when important legislation is made aware of, discussed, and prayed about. When possible, local Representatives and Senators will attend. This will be a time when pastors will be educated about legislation as well as engage and encourage the Legislator(s).
